I placed my property on the market with Greenfield and the team that was involved with the sale were fantastic from start to finish. Of course estate agents are there to make a commission but they treated me like a person and not a cash cow. I would like to give a special thank you to Sarah who took the bull by the horns and I can say if it wasn’t for her the sale wouldn’t have happened. We would like to especially thank Sarah, who went above and beyond to ensure the seller and ourselves were always kept updated throughout the process. Although we sold our flat through another agent, Sarah communicated with the other agent and made sure to reassure the seller that we were a good bet. Sarah even called us back when travelling abroad in different time zones - Honest throughout the process - Efficient with chasing third parties (solicitors, surveyors etc) - Sarah always arranged any in person house viewings. Often at last minute notice! - Frequently went above and beyond. We often spoke in evenings/weekends, when the chain was getting impatient with us!
